We supply skilled security personnel and a First Aid station, frequently staffed with certified paramedics, at our events to guarantee attendee safety. Our team members undergo training to effectively identify and manage security issues. Expert oversight of cord and power management is standard procedure, with regular inspections to uphold safety standards. Specifically trained game leaders oversee activities at events like company picnics, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for attendees of all ages. We advocate for parental supervision to enhance security, provide reassurance, and capture cherished memories.

We're committed to safeguarding you and your guests from communicable illnesses like the common cold, influenza, and the latest COVID-19 virus. In addition to our routine procedures during influenza season, we've implemented extra precautions. These include educating all staff, including venue personnel, on preventive measures, ensuring ample staff with disinfectant solutions for regular cleaning, and providing hand sanitizers at no extra charge at all our events. We encourage guests to follow these additional steps to minimize the risk of illness, particularly during cold and flu seasons.

Practice proper hygiene by washing your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, following health regulation guidelines. Rest assured, handwashing facilities are always available at our events, such as restrooms. If you have trouble finding them, please look for signs or ask a staff member for assistance. Alternatively, alcohol-based hand sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol will be provided free of charge at every event by PRISE and strategically placed in high-traffic areas.

- If you are unwell, please refrain from attending events except for essential medical care. Let's work together to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees!
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth, especially to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- Steer clear of individuals who are exhibiting symptoms of illness.
- Individuals who are sick should wear face masks to prevent the spread of droplets when coughing. Healthy individuals are discouraged from using masks, as they are needed by healthcare workers and the sick.
- Opt for alternative greetings such as fist/elbow bumps, bows, or verbal greetings instead of handshakes.
- Whenever possible, use a tissue, paper towel, or glove to touch surfaces like doors or elevator buttons. If disposable options aren't available, use your knuckle or hip. Remember to wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your face.
- Carry a personal bottle of hand sanitizer and use it regularly after touching surfaces.
- When coughing or sneezing, use a disposable tissue and dispose of it immediately. If tissues are unavailable, cough or sneeze into your elbow. Wash your clothes frequently.
